Before submitting an order, please read the Terms of Trade below:
- A 40% deposit is needed to secure your date and order.
- All order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders, events, or people.
- If the deposit is not paid on the agreed date, Just Eat Cake have the right to cancel your order.
- If a date change for the same event is requested, I will attempt but cannot guarantee accommodation. If I cannot accommodate the new date, or the new date is not established by 1 year from the old date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the new date is 6 months or more past the old date, the order cost will be reviewed and recalculated at and subject to the then prevailing rates and policies.
- In the event of a cancellation, any monies paid beyond the 40% deposit will be applied toward work already completed (as in flowers or figures) and supplies already purchased. The remaining balance is fully refundable.
- In the event of force majeure Just Eat Cake reserves the right to sub contract to a registered cake maker of my choosing
- Publication and use of images : Each cake or product made by Just Eat Cake will be photographed in my kitchen and at the venue if I am delivering and setting up the cake. These images are the property of Just Eat Cake and I reserve the right to use these images for advertising, on my website and social media without prior approval. Any images are always used after the celebration day.
- Any hired equipment will be charged a hire fee and a bond. The equipment is to be returned within 5 days in the original condition it went out in, the bond will be returned .
- If there is a problem with your cake you must contact Just Eat Cake within 1 week of receiving the cake
- All care is taken when delivering your cake . Just Eat Cake is not liable for force majeure and unforseen circumstances
- Instructions for transporting your cake are included. Just Eat Cake cannot be held responsible for damage to the cake after delivery or pick up.
